Vocational Counselor

The Vocational Counselor will provide vocational counseling and workforce development services to individuals involved in the criminal legal system who are experiencing housing insecurity. Working across three Emergency & Transitional Housing sites in Queens, the role includes conducting intakes, creating resumes and cover letters, facilitating work‑readiness workshops, and supporting clients through employment retention activities. The position collaborates with the Justice Initiatives Workforce Team and external employers to create career opportunities and ensure successful re‑integration.
