Vocational Counselor

The Vocational Counselor manages a caseload of individuals with disabilities, guiding them through program phases and conducting intake interviews. The role involves developing curriculum, facilitating discovery processes to match participants with employer needs, and coordinating specialized services such as Customized Employment and Pre-Employment Transition Services. Additionally, the counselor liaises with referral sources, community stakeholders, and employers to support participant success and job placement.
