Reporting to the Coordinator Vocational Placement, the role involves providing person-centred coaching, developing personalised vocational plans, and building carer confidence and resilience. The officer collaborates with the Connect Centre team and external partners to connect carers with opportunities and promote carer-inclusive practices.
