Voice Data Collection Specialist

This role involves participating in a pilot voice data collection program by engaging in live, roleplayed customer service calls as a business representative. The specialist will prepare from provided scripts, perform two short calls per session, and accurately record the audio. Following each session, the individual is responsible for evaluating the caller's performance and submitting detailed feedback.
