About this role

This role is responsible for the design, development, and administration of the Finish Line Voice environment, including Gamma Cloud Solutions and Cisco Unified Communications Manager. The position involves providing strategic recommendations for hardware and software upgrades to support organizational growth in Voice and Video networks. The engineer will manage VoIP systems, contact center functionality, and ensure reliable voice infrastructure solutions across all locations.

Responsibilities

Design and develop the Finish Line Voice environment using Gamma Cloud Solutions and Cisco Unified Communications Manager
Administer and maintain VoIP systems including Polycom and Cisco IP phones, Genesys PureConnect, and Cisco UCM
Perform tier 1 through 3 troubleshooting and resolve daily service requests for the Telecommunication voice queue
