About this role

This role is responsible for the design, development, and administration of the Voice environment, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Gamma Cloud Solutions. The position involves managing VoIP systems, providing tier 1 through 3 troubleshooting, and supporting hardware and software upgrades to meet organizational growth needs. The engineer also handles IVR and queue configurations, SIP trunk administration, and ensures policy adherence for the Voice infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Design and develop the Finish Line Voice environment using Gamma Cloud Solutions and Cisco Unified Communications Manager
Administer and maintain VoIP systems including Polycom and Cisco IP phones, Genesys PureConnect, and Cisco UCM
Perform tier 1 through 3 troubleshooting and resolve daily service requests for the Telecommunication voice queue
