The VoIP Systems Technician serves as the primary voice and unified communications resource, deploying new phone systems, resolving voice quality issues, and delivering excellent support from project kickoff through ongoing service. This role involves providing Tier I and Tier II support for hosted, cloud-based, and on-premise VoIP environments, managing client requests through a ticketing system, and collaborating with carriers and network engineers to ensure optimal voice performance. The position requires strong communication skills and a customer service mindset to support VoIP deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
