About this role

This role supports the Account Executive to service a book of voluntary benefits accounts by building client relationships and resolving service issues. The position involves daily client communications, attendance at client meetings, and preparation of compliance and benchmark reporting materials. Candidates will review contract documents and assist with new business processes for employee benefits.
