About this role
The IRC seeks volunteer Vocational English as a Second Language (VESL) instructors to teach English within the context of Digital Literacy and Job Readiness to newly arrived refugees and immigrants in the U.S. Instructors commit to a weekly teaching schedule for 5-week sessions for at least six months and help support learners’ successful resettlement and employment outcomes. The role contributes to IRC’s adult education programming across online and in-person formats.
