Volunteer Advisor

The Volunteer Advisor role supports the delivery, development, and administration of volunteering across the West Midlands Fire Service. This position works closely with the Volunteering Manager to create a positive, safe, and inclusive experience for volunteers throughout their entire journey. The role focuses on strengthening community engagement and ensuring volunteering activities align with organizational objectives and best practices.
