Volunteer Coordinator (Non-Exempt / Part Time)

The Volunteer Coordinator assists the Director of Community Relations in developing and implementing a comprehensive volunteer program to support Emmaus Community's mission of serving adults with intellectual disabilities. This role involves recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers while fostering meaningful relationships with individuals served and staff. The position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, travel throughout the county, and maintain confidentiality in a field and office setting.
