Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator is a full‑time senior staff member at Rift Valley Children’s Village in rural northern Tanzania, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the volunteer program, including recruitment, logistics, orientation, and on‑site engagement. The role also drives strategic improvements to volunteer satisfaction, retention, and program growth while supporting children’s activities and hospitality services.
