Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator administers the volunteer program, ensuring volunteers are effectively supported in their assigned roles. This position promotes the successful integration of volunteer services across departments by coordinating assignments, maintaining records, compliance requirements, as well as supporting communication, training, and recognition efforts. The role helps ensure operational efficiency by maintaining accurate documentation and reporting and collaborating with leadership to enhance and expand volunteer services in alignment with organizational needs.
