Volunteer Coordinator

The Retail Volunteer Liaison coordinates and oversees volunteer services for Big Bend Health's retail operations, collaborating with leadership to develop and enhance volunteer engagement strategies. This role serves as the primary connection between retail volunteers, store managers, and the volunteer services department to ensure effective communication and a positive volunteer experience. The position supports volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and retention while identifying opportunities to improve participation and support retail expansion.
