This role oversees all aspects of volunteer and intern engagement, including recruitment, onboarding, training, placement, supervision, recognition, and retention. The Coordinator also provides direct oversight and support to volunteers participating in the Friendly Visitors Program, helping reduce social isolation and foster meaningful connections for older adults.
