Volunteer Program Coordinator

The Volunteer Program Coordinator supports the growth and day-to-day coordination of volunteer services across Eastern Health, managing the full volunteer lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and retention. This role involves developing policies, managing communications, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the volunteer experience. The position is based primarily at Box Hill Hospital with occasional travel to other campuses.
