Black Birth Justice is a nonprofit organization and movement that centers the health, rights, and dignity of Black birthing people. It advances maternal and reproductive health equity through community-led advocacy, policy change, education, and culturally‑responsive supports (like doula care and birthwork). The organization partners with grassroots groups, providers, and policymakers to eliminate disparities in maternal mortality and ensure respectful, equitable care and decision-making for Black families.
