The role focuses on developing and revising standards, general chapters, and reference materials to support complex drug substances across multiple therapeutic modalities, including peptides, oligonucleotides, carbohydrates, vaccines, therapeutic proteins, and cell and gene therapies. It involves creating guidelines for new analytical technologies and ensuring quality assessment of raw and starting materials.
