The Volunteering Operations Senior Executive plays a key role in delivering operational excellence across the Volunteer Proposition by implementing and optimising processes, systems, and ways of working. This full-time, 12-month fixed-term position supports the Volunteering Operations Manager and junior team members to ensure the stability and growth of the volunteering proposition. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing operational queries, and analysing data to drive continuous improvement and a seamless volunteer experience.
