Voyage Global Leadership Development Program

The Voyage Global Leadership Development Program is a full-time, paid 18-month training initiative for recent university graduates designed to prepare participants for successful careers in hospitality leadership. The program offers hands-on, discipline-specific training and a leadership-focused curriculum across various hotel functions in over 50 countries. Participants gain real-world experience through mini-rotations, project management, and collaboration with senior leaders and coaches.
