Voyage Global Leadership Development Program

The Voyage Global Leadership Development Program is a full-time, paid, 18-month training initiative for recent university graduates designed to prepare participants for successful careers in hotel management. The program offers hands-on, discipline-specific training and a leadership-focused curriculum across various hotel functions in over 50 countries. Participants gain practical experience in day-to-day operations, project management, and innovation while collaborating with senior leaders and coaches. Upon completion, graduates are prepared to step into supervisory or entry-level management roles within Marriott International.
