The Vice President, AI Platform leads product management for LPL's enterprise AI Agent Platform, overseeing its end-to-end strategy, governance, and deployment. This role ensures the platform delivers secure, compliant, and scalable capabilities for various firm-wide use cases while partnering closely with engineering and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the AI Agent Platform
Establish platform standards for identity, authentication, and governance controls
Develop and enforce agent qualification and certification processes
Lead product input into build, buy, and partner decisions across components
Partner with engineering and security teams to define requirements and service levels
