VP, Architect, Systems Engineering

The Systems Engineering Architect at Customers Bank sets the technical direction for hybrid infrastructure platforms, focusing on design, technology evaluation, and governance rather than direct people management. This senior role partners with cybersecurity and Enterprise Architecture to shape the evolution of datacenter, identity, and hybrid-cloud environments while establishing reference patterns and configuration standards. You will define target-state architectures for over 300 servers, lead proofs of concept, mentor systems engineers, and present design options to senior leadership.
