About this role

The VP, Biometrics leads the biometrics function across the full drug development portfolio, from IND-enabling studies through post-approval, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer. This role involves building and managing high-performing teams in biostatistics, statistical programming, and clinical data management while overseeing internal staff and external vendors. The position requires shaping clinical data strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving data-driven decisions to support global regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities

Build and lead biostatistics, statistical programming, and clinical data management functions
Shape clinical data strategy and statistical analysis for Phase 1 through Phase 4 trials
Oversee external vendors and CROs to support expanding pipeline and regulatory approvals
