VP Emiratisation

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced VP Emiratisation to join our team in Abu Dhabi, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase the representation of Emiratis in the organization. The role involves partnering with local organizations and government agencies to attract Emirati talent, collaborating with HR to ensure Emirati candidates are considered for all job openings, and developing retention strategies for their long-term success. The position requires staying updated on local labor laws, serving as a mentor for Emirati employees, and representing the company at Emiratisation events.
