About this role
The VP, Fair Lending and CRA Officer is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the bank’s fair lending and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) programs to ensure regulatory compliance. The role partners with leaders across the enterprise to establish strategies, produce accurate reporting, and keep management and committees informed of program performance. The officer also serves as a primary liaison for regulatory inquiries and CRA reporting requirements.
