About this role

The VP, Federal Government Affairs leads WelbeHealth’s federal advocacy and engagement efforts to advance the PACE mission, working closely with regulators, elected officials, and key stakeholders. This role directs contracted lobbyists and consultants, influences CMS and federal policy, and translates policy into operational outcomes as WelbeHealth expands into new markets. The position emphasizes proactive policy monitoring and cross-functional collaboration across growth, compliance, operations, and other teams.
