About this role
The VP of Finance will be a hands-on leader responsible for building, maturing, and scaling Particle Health’s financial operations and narrative. This role partners closely with the CEO and Executive Team to own the company’s financial trajectory, from long-range capital planning and M&A evaluation to driver-based FP&A. The leader will ensure financial discipline and readiness for growth, investors, and potential pre-IPO requirements while supporting operational decision-making across the business.
