VP Finance

Bastion is seeking a VP of Finance to lead scalable finance systems, month-end close processes, and strategic financial planning within a highly regulated financial infrastructure environment. This hands-on leadership role covers everything from regulatory filings and internal controls to building FP&A capabilities and managing long-term financial models for capital allocation. The ideal candidate brings a deep background in accounting or controllership with the ability to partner on executive-level decisions and scale the finance function.
