The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis leads enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modeling to advance the organization's long-term health and sustainability. Reporting to the CFO, this senior leader drives capital allocation, revenue analytics, and compliance while partnering with executive teams to inform high-level decision-making. The role involves strengthening financial discipline across departments and leading a high-performing team to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Develop rolling forecasts and multi-year financial models for strategic decision-making
Partner with Accounting to align financial plans with regulatory and audit requirements
Translate organizational strategy into multi-year financial plans and investment models
Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team with analytical rigor

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or strategic finance leadership5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing finance teamsMaster's degree in finance, accounting, business administration (MBA), or related field (Preferred)
