The VP General Counsel, CX Americas is the senior legal leader for NiCE’s Customer Experience business in the Americas, sitting on both the Global Legal Leadership Team and the CX Americas Leadership Team and reporting to the Global General Counsel. The role partners with the President of CX Americas and C‑level executives, leading a US‑based legal team that supports the region’s commercial, corporate and regulatory matters. The position also contributes to strategic initiatives such as legal technology adoption and M&A integration.
