About this role
The VP-Underwriting is responsible for producing, underwriting, managing and retaining profitable business and for maintaining and growing the Brit portfolio in line with the business plan, authority levels, company policy and regulatory requirements. The role reports to the SVP and shares responsibility for underwriting performance for the product line. The VP plans and implements team activities to meet underwriting objectives and represents the business in cross-functional and client interactions.
