About this role
The Vice President, Digital Excellence will lead the transformation of the organization’s digital capabilities to drive internal efficiency, innovation, and medical value. Reporting to the Head of Performance Excellence, this executive integrates dispersed digital capabilities into a unified Center of Excellence and oversees data architecture, privacy, cybersecurity, biostatistics, advanced analytics, RWD and post-market surveillance across the DX business. The role partners cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to align digital strategy with clinical and product imperatives.
