VP, HR Transformation

The VP of HR Transformation will lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation initiatives, overseeing change management, process design, and implementation across the HR function. Reporting to the Head of HR Transformation, this role partners with HR, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and achieve defined success metrics.
