VP, Human Resources ERP Implementation & Systems

The VP, Human Resources ERP Implementation & Systems provides senior leadership for the Human Capital Management transformation and is accountable for the successful design, implementation, and stabilization of the Workday HCM platform. This role leads the HR workstream across organizational design, job architecture, compensation, and talent management while serving as the primary liaison between HR, Technology, and executive leadership. Following implementation, the position transitions into HR as the enterprise systems owner responsible for platform governance, optimization, and strategic alignment.
