VP, IAM User Operations (L14)

The VP, IAM User Operations at Synchrony is a senior leader responsible for overseeing end-user identity and access management operations and reporting to the Head of IAM. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, platform health, security, and regulatory compliance across IAM services while supporting the company’s digital transformation. The VP will work closely with security, IT, and business stakeholders and lead the operations team to maintain scalable, reliable IAM services.
