VP Information Risk

The VP Information Risk serves as a Second Line of Defense oversight function, responsible for managing Information Security, IT, and Artificial Intelligence risks across the organization. This role involves defining and monitoring risk governance practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing independent review and challenge to the First Line of Defense. The position supports the implementation of corporate policies, tracks remediation activities, and partners with various teams to strengthen the overall control environment.
