About this role

The Vice President Mission Operations is an executive leader responsible for setting operational strategy and leading the Mission Operations organization to deliver worldwide hypersonic flight missions safely and on schedule. This role manages financial performance and growth of flight cadence while partnering with the CEO and other senior leaders to support customer programs and regulatory engagement. The VP oversees teams spanning flight operations, maintenance, ground operations, mission planning, and support functions, and represents the company to ranges, customers, and the Board.
