VP Operations- In Training

The VPO-In Training role is a critical development position within US Foods that supports the Vice President of Operations in delivering an engaging employee experience and consistent service at Distribution Centers. Under the VPO's guidance, this individual will manage key operational functions, drive continuous improvement, and lead cross-functional initiatives until fully prepared to assume the role of a VPO. The position involves cultivating a strong safety culture, managing significant teams, and ensuring operational and financial excellence across the supply chain.
