About this role

The VP, Paid Social will build and lead Later’s new Paid Media Services function, owning the vision, operating model, and team to scale paid social offerings across major platforms. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the role drives cross-functional alignment with Sales, Strategy, and Services to make paid social a scalable, profitable growth engine for enterprise clients. The leader will represent Later with clients and platform partners while ensuring measurable full-funnel business outcomes and operational excellence.
