About this role

As Vice President of Product Management for Core Platform Foundations, you will lead the strategy and execution of foundational capabilities for Genesys Cloud's AI-powered platform. This role involves defining the roadmap for access control, identity, automation, and multi-region operations to enable secure, scalable enterprise experiences. You will guide a team of product leaders, partner with engineering and architecture, and work directly with strategic customers to drive platform adoption and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision and roadmap for Core Platform Foundations
Lead evolution of platform operations from reactive to intelligent AI-assisted experiences
Own platform capabilities including API visibility, limits, and self-service tooling
Partner with Engineering and Architecture to align strategy with technical execution
Mentor product management team and scale high-performing product organization
