Humana is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead a strategic portfolio focused on improving healthcare quality, clinical experiences, member outcomes, and business performance across the Insurance Segment. This executive will build and lead a product organization that translates member and clinical needs into scalable capabilities and measurable improvements in quality, experience, affordability, growth, and operational performance. The role involves end-to-end accountability for product vision, strategy, investment decisions, roadmap priorities, execution, and outcomes across business, clinical, technology, analytics, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams.
