The Vice President of Property Management provides strategic and operational leadership for the Credit Union's portfolio of owned and leased properties, ensuring they are safe, secure, well-maintained, and compliant with operational needs and brand standards. This role oversees property operations, facilities maintenance, vendor contracts, lease agreements, and property-related budgets while serving as the primary leader during property-related emergencies.
