About this role
The VP, Strategy Monitoring Leader at Synchrony leads executional oversight for customer decisioning strategies across the customer lifecycle. The role partners with strategy owners and Model Risk Management to define and maintain standardized monitoring frameworks and KPIs, and to translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes for governance and executive reporting. The leader ensures strategy resiliency by integrating portfolio and macroeconomic indicators and by driving data-driven decisions across acquisition, account management, and collections.
