VP Treaties - USIM

The VP, Treaties is an executive leadership role in RGA’s USIM business unit responsible for setting strategy and standards for the treaty function. The position is a member of the Operations Leadership Team and focuses on developing the treaty area, building team expertise, and aligning treaty practices with regional and enterprise objectives. It supports long-term organizational goals through strategic planning, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration.
