About this role

The VP/Director of Strategic Partnerships for OneMain Auto leads the development and execution of partnership strategies to accelerate growth within the automotive lending ecosystem. This role involves building executive relationships with refinance partners, OEM finance organizations, and fintechs to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and product innovation. The leader collaborates cross-functionally to integrate partner offerings, negotiate commercial agreements, and report performance to senior leadership and the Board.
