VTC Administrator

The VTC Administrator supports the DLA's Video Operations Center by monitoring and managing Video Teleconferencing calls for senior leaders, providing Tier II troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with security directives. The role involves active and passive monitoring of SIPR and NIPR VTC calls, performing technical administrative duties, and maintaining configuration management processes. This position requires collaboration with the lead to deliver white-glove service and 24/7 onsite support for critical VTC issues.
