Mission First
The VTC System Administrator is responsible for the administration and end-user support of video teleconferencing infrastructure, endpoint devices, and video streaming systems. This role involves installing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting VTC and VOIP systems to ensure optimal operational performance. The position requires conducting quality assurance tests to identify and resolve system failures within the end-user environment.
