Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for pulling, packing, and inspecting graduation apparel orders while ensuring they meet production and quality standards. The role involves training and directing new personnel, learning all product lines and warehouse processes, and selecting materials based on quality, color, and style. This position requires physical stamina to work 8-12 hour shifts and lift up to 30 lbs in a moderate to above-moderate noise environment.
