About this role

Roche is seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Lead to oversee logistic operations for the Diagnostics Division, ensuring execution against global standards through strategic 3PL management and Order Management coordination. This role involves leading an Order Management team, optimizing warehouse and distribution processes, and managing key performance indicators within the Ecuador market. The Lead will act as the primary decision-making point for external transport and storage providers while aligning distribution costs with annual budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Order Management team while fostering collaboration and efficiency
Manage strategic delivery of third-party logistics partners including UPS operations
Optimize allocated budgets regarding warehouse and transport operational costs
Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate SOPs through staff training
Drive inventory accuracy through annual and cyclic network inventory management
